Partnership for
Education and Sustainability
in Pakistan
Almost seven years back, when I was selected as the Chairman Education Committee of PAGH, Aisha was 19. Literally like a diamond, she had a multifaceted personality. As a daughter, she was so loving & caring. For me, she was more than a friend a wise counselor an energetic assistant or right hand. She did Bachelor in Radiology. Being a very sensitive, sensible and broad minded girl she coordinated me in every educational activity and project either in Houston or in Pakistan. The purity and benevolence of such people transcend the boundaries and distances.

It was the most traumatic & heartrending truth of our life when we came to know that Aisha was suffering from “Thealasemia Major”. She had just seen the first six months of her life at that time. I was living in Saudi-Arabia in those days and was serving the Royal Family. I was pretty well-established over there. When Aisha was 3 and half years old, one of the specialists pressed us to leave Saudi-Arabia as USA could be the only option for her as far as the climate and medical facilities were concerned. And we moved to USA leaving everything behind just with the strength of hope……………… Life went on ….. I had to start from the scratch…I struggled hard…my family and above all Aisha was the real force and stimulant for me to go on…..she had to stay in the hospital several times… had to suffer pain and pathos but she kept on living…….with courage, patience, persistence and hope…….but eventually as “the Will of God be Done”, at the fully bloomed age of 26 she left us forever. But I think I shouldn't say so. Because she is very much alive in our heart and she is the permanent part of our thoughts. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

It seems to me as there is someone inside me who is continuously pushing me to complete the task which remained unaccomplished. The task to care and serve others. That was the vision or dream of Aisha. So, in order to materialize her dreams I established ITACEC AISHA FOUNDATION with the strong collaboration of ITACEC-PAK and ITACEC-UK. We have to serve all those who are underprivileged, who are deprived of quality education which is doubtlessly the only key to enter the realm of prosperity and this could only be made possible with collective efforts. Through this website we invite you to be the part of us. We appeal to all the expatriate Pakistanis' in particular and to all humanitarians in general to respond to our appeal. We urge you to visit our adopted schools in Pakistan to see our success stories and contribute in this noble cause.
